    How it starts

      Call or message us

    Questions

    Common questions

Who handles the bank's inspection of the site?

We do. The site gets the legal pages, payment wording and card logos the bank checks before it turns on card payments.

Can I change dishes and prices myself?

Yes. Menu, prices and photos are edited in the admin, in every language.

Can customers also order by phone?

Yes. Your team can send a ZeroPay link by SMS for a phone order, and Seline, our AI phone operator, can take phone orders in Armenian.

Which delivery services do you work with?

ZeroMaze is an official Glovo and Yandex delivery partner. Tell us how you deliver today, and we connect the courier side when we set up your ordering site.

Want orders on your own site?

Tell us about your restaurant and how you deliver today.

    AI phone operator

Your business phone, answered every time

Seline is an AI phone operator we built. She answers your number day and night, talks with the caller in Armenian, takes the order or booking, and sends you the recording in Telegram.

    What she does

The work of a phone operator, the same way every time

    01

    Answers 24/7

Nights, weekends, holidays, lunch breaks. Nobody has to sit by the phone.

    02

    Speaks Armenian

She starts in Armenian. If the caller speaks Russian or English, she continues in that language.

    03

    Takes orders and bookings

She asks what your operator would ask, reads the order back, and confirms only after the caller says yes.

    04

    Sends an SMS

The caller gets a confirmation by SMS on their own number.

    05

    Remembers regular callers

When someone calls again, she knows what they asked about last time.

    06

    Every call in your Telegram

Each call is recorded and sent to your Telegram chat with a short summary.

060 441 008. Press 1 for a hotel booking, 2 for a food delivery order. These are sample businesses with sample data.

She can mishear, like anyone on the phone. That is why she reads everything back and confirms only after the caller says yes.

Found by Google and AI assistants

Every page is delivered as finished HTML, so Google, Bing and AI assistants like ChatGPT read the full text in every language. Sitemaps with language versions, a page list for AI assistants (llms.txt), and instant notice to search engines when a page changes are automatic.

    Notes on the page (new)

Click any part of your site and leave a note, a voice message or a screenshot; we see exactly what you mean and mark it fixed. On live sites only your staff see the notes.

Type or record a request in Armenian, Russian or English; you get an answer or a ticket to our team, with its status.

    Safe to change

    Nothing gets lost

    • Automatic daily and weekly backups
    • Version history: any earlier version of the site can be restored
    • Changes are tried on a copy first; if a live check fails after an update, the site rolls back on its own
    • A "coming soon" mode while a site is being prepared

    How it's built

    XMS or WordPress?

Each XMS site is one small program with its own database file, hosted by us behind Cloudflare. Nothing is shared between clients' data. New features are added as plugins, so one client's feature doesn't touch another client's site. Moving a WordPress site to XMS keeps every URL and every Google title.

    Questions

    About XMS

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes. Texts, photos, menus, products, blog posts and page titles for Google are edited in the admin, in every language.

    Which languages?

Armenian, English and Russian. Each text is stored once and translated per language; untranslated texts are flagged.

    What happens if something breaks?

Every site has daily and weekly backups and a version history, so an earlier version can be restored. Changes are tried on a copy first.

Can I get a feature only my business needs?

Yes. New features are added to XMS as plugins, so one client's feature doesn't touch another client's site.

What if I want to leave?

Your content is yours. On request we export everything, free of charge: texts, images, products and menus, orders and customers, in standard formats (CSV/JSON and the image files). The site itself runs on XMS, our platform, which is part of our service, so moving to another system means rebuilding the design there. We hand over the exported content and help with the move.

Can I get XMS on its own?

No. XMS is only available as part of our service: we build, host and look after your site on it.

    Visit milkin.am
    The milkin.am home page

    What they needed

The WordPress site was heavy and slow on phones: the home page weighed 9.7 MB, and the brand font, the store map and some videos did not work.

    What we did

    • Moved every page to XMS in three languages (English, Armenian, Russian), same layout, photos and texts
    • Every old URL now 301s to its new clean URL in the same language
    • The brand font actually loads now (the old site had been showing a fallback font)
    • The store map works again, and "find closest" asks for the location only when pressed
    • Videos converted so they play on every phone and browser: 70 MB down to 18 MB
    • Titles and descriptions in each language; unknown URLs return a real 404

dili.am went live on XMS on 18 October 2026. The goal was a move that visitors and Google would not notice.

    Visit dili.am
    The dili.am home page

    What they needed

A bilingual WordPress site with hundreds of indexed pages. Moving it could not cost a single page, link or Google title.

    What we did

    • Moved the bilingual site (Armenian and English) to XMS page by page
    • Replayed all 365 old URLs in a real browser before switching: every one resolves or redirects, 0 regressions
    • Compared the Google-facing head of 243 pages with the old site: 243 of 243 match
    • Armenian pages moved to /hy/ addresses, with a 301 from every old /am/ address
    • Fixed the phone layout where the "Why Dili" numbers overlapped

    Business websites

    Home/Services/Websites

    Websites

A website that answers before they call

This page explains how a business site is built, what slows it down, and what to decide first. It is useful even if you build with someone else.

    In short

A business website answers what a customer asks before calling: what you do, what it costs or how to get a price, where you are, and how to reach you, in the language they search in.

    How it works

Seven steps from brief to launch

    1. 1

      Brief and page list

We agree what the site must do (calls, bookings, enquiries), which pages it needs and in which languages.

    2. 2

      Texts and photos

You send what you have; we structure it and fill the gaps. This is the step that usually decides the launch date.

    3. 3

      Design on real content

Layouts are drawn with your actual texts, so nothing breaks when the real words go in.

    4. 4

      Build in every language

Pages, translations, page titles for Google and forms are built on XMS. Each language gets its own text, not a copy of the English.

    5. 5

      Review on a preview copy

You check a private copy that search engines don't index, and leave notes directly on the page.

    6. 6

      Launch

Domain switched, old addresses redirected, sitemap submitted to Google, contact form tested end to end.

    7. 7

      After launch

Hosting, daily and weekly backups, and edits. You change texts and photos yourself; we handle the rest.

What it costs to get wrong

The mistakes we fix most often

    One language only

Customers search in their own language; in Armenia that often means Armenian, Russian and English. A page that exists in one language is invisible to the other searches.

    Heavy pages on phones

Most visits come from phones. The old Milkin home page weighed 9.7 MB; on mobile data people leave before it opens.

    Changed addresses without redirects

Every old link Google knows turns into an error page, and the rankings built over years are lost.

A site only the developer can edit

Prices and hours go out of date, and customers call to ask what the site should have told them.

    Before you start

    What to decide

    • Which languages, and who checks each translation
    • The one thing a visitor should do: call, book, send an enquiry or buy
    • Who writes the texts and who supplies photos
    • That the domain is registered in your company's name
    • Who will update the site after launch

    What we do differently

    • Built on XMS, our own platform: no plugins to update or patch
    • Pages delivered as finished HTML, so Google and AI assistants read every language

    Questions

    Short answers

How long does a business website take?

Mostly as long as the texts and photos take. The build is the shorter part; we give a launch date once the content is ready.

Do I need the site in more than one language?

If your customers search in more than one, yes. Each language needs its own page text and Google title, or that language won't be found.

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes. Texts, photos, menus, products and Google titles are edited in the admin, in every language.

Who owns the domain and the content?

You do. Register the domain in your company's name; we export all your content on request, free of charge.

Will the site show up in ChatGPT and other AI assistants?

We make it readable for them: finished HTML, clear answers on each page and an llms.txt list of pages. What they choose to quote is up to them.

    Online shops in Armenia

    Home/Services/Online shops

    Online shops

Card payments and receipts, done properly

Selling online in Armenia means a bank contract, a site that passes the bank's inspection, consumer-law pages and fiscal receipts. Here is the whole path.

    In short

An online shop in Armenia is a catalogue and checkout connected to your bank's online payment contract (vPOS), with the legal pages consumer law requires and eHDM fiscal receipts issued for each sale.

    How it works

From catalogue to the first paid order

    1. 1

      Catalogue

Products, variants, prices and photos, plus the classification code each product needs for fiscal receipts.

    2. 2

      Bank contract (vPOS)

You sign an online payment (vPOS) contract with your bank. The money goes from the customer's card to your account.

    3. 3

Site ready for the bank's inspection

Before card payments are switched on, the bank walks through the live site against its checklist (see below).

    4. 4

      Test payments

The bank issues a test terminal; a set of test payments, a refund and a cancellation must go through before live keys are released.

    5. 5

      Fiscal receipts (eHDM)

A certificate is issued for your tax number; receipts are then printed from the order on sale and on return.

    6. 6

      Delivery and pickup rules

Zones, fees, hours and what happens when an item is out of stock, written down before the first order.

    7. 7

      Launch

Live keys in, one real small payment and refund to prove it, then open. The bank may inspect the site again after launch.

    The bank inspection

    What the bank checks

Banks walk through the live site with a literal checklist before they switch on card payments, and may check again after launch. This is what they look for.

    • The order button states the payment obligation, e.g. "Pay 12,000 AMD", not "Submit"
    • Card scheme marks (Visa, Mastercard, ArCa) at the payment step
    • The currency, and that payment happens on the bank's secure page
    • The full total shown before the button
    • Legal pages: terms, privacy, delivery, returns, and the right to withdraw
    • Your legal name, tax number (TIN) and registered address on the site

What it costs to get wrong

The mistakes we fix most often

A button that doesn't say "pay"

Under Armenian consumer rules for distance sales, if the order button doesn't make the payment obligation clear, the customer isn't bound by the order.

    The withdrawal right not disclosed

Customers have 14 days to withdraw. If the shop doesn't tell them, that window extends to 12 months and 14 days.

    Missing marks or legal pages

The bank's inspector stops at the first missing item, and card payments wait until the site is fixed and checked again.

    Receipts typed by hand

Every online order retyped into the cash register is time spent and a chance to get the amount or the product wrong.

    Before you start

    What to decide

    • Which bank: the one you already bank with is usually the simplest
    • Delivery zones, fees and hours, and whether customers can pick up
    • Your returns policy and who approves refunds
    • Who answers customer emails and calls, and how fast
    • The legal name, TIN and address that will appear on the site

    Our way

    What we do differently

    • The bank's checklist is built into our shops: button wording, card marks, legal pages, identity
    • A test gateway shows the bank's inspectors the full card flow before the contract is signed

    Questions

    Short answers

Do I need a vPOS to take card payments online?

Yes. A vPOS is your bank's online payment contract; card money from the site goes through it to your account. Payment links like ZeroPay use the same contract.

What does the bank check before switching on card payments?

The order button wording, card marks at payment, currency and secure-page disclosure, the total, legal pages, and your legal name, TIN and address on the site.

How long does bank approval take?

It depends on the bank. What you control: having the site ready for inspection before you apply, so the inspector doesn't stop at a missing item.

Can the shop issue eHDM fiscal receipts automatically?

Yes. Once a certificate is issued for your tax number and each product has its classification code, receipts are issued from the order on sale and on return.

Can I show Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Only if your bank terminal actually supports them. Showing a wallet you can't accept is itself a problem at inspection.

Move off WordPress without losing Google

    Home/Services/Moving off WordPress

    Moving off WordPress

Same site, same addresses, a better engine

A move is safe when nothing a visitor or Google relies on changes by accident. This is how we check that, step by step.

    In short

A website migration moves the same pages, texts and addresses to a new platform. It keeps Google rankings only if every old URL still opens the right page and every page keeps its title and description.

    How it works

Seven checks between the old site and the new one

    1. 1

      Crawl everything

Every page, post, image and old address of the current site is collected, in every language.

    2. 2

      Rebuild on XMS

Same layout, same texts, same addresses. Translations are carried over as the live site shows them.

    3. 3

      Replay every old URL

Each address is opened in a real browser on the new site: it must open the same page or redirect to the right one.

    4. 4

      Compare what Google sees

Titles, descriptions, canonical and language tags of every page are compared with the old site.

    5. 5

      Compare on screen

Screenshots of old and new, desktop and phone, side by side. Forms and bookings tested.

    6. 6

Switch, with the old site kept

The domain is pointed at the new site; the old one keeps running untouched so going back is one step.

    7. 7

      Watch after the switch

Sitemap submitted, Search Console watched for errors, old site switched off only after a quiet period.

What it costs to get wrong

The mistakes we fix most often

    New addresses, no redirects

The most common way a redesign loses its Google traffic: every indexed page turns into a 404.

    Translations lost on the way

Plugins store translations their own way; a careless move ships the Armenian pages in English.

    Titles and descriptions dropped

The words Google shows in results disappear and get replaced by whatever the new template guesses.

    Forms and tracking forgotten

Enquiries go nowhere and analytics show a sudden drop that is really a missing tag.

    Before you start

    What to decide

    • Access to the WordPress admin and to the domain's DNS
    • Access to Google Search Console (or who has it)
    • What changes now and what stays exactly as it is
    • Where the domain's email is hosted, so it stays untouched
    • Who signs off the switch date

    Our way

    What we do differently

    • Every old URL replayed in a real browser before the switch, not sampled
    • Old and new compared page by page: Google tags and screenshots
    • The old site kept running so going back is one step
    • Speed measured on the live site after the move, and published

    Questions

    Short answers

Will I lose my Google rankings?

Not if every old address keeps working and titles stay the same. That is what we check before switching: Dili kept 365 of 365 addresses.

    Will my page addresses change?

Only where the old ones were broken or duplicated, and then every old address gets a permanent redirect to the new one.

Is there downtime during the switch?

The switch is a change in where the domain points; the old site keeps running until the new one is confirmed, so visitors always get one of the two.

    What happens to my email?

Nothing. Email lives in separate DNS records, which stay as they are.

Can I stay on WordPress instead?

Yes. We host and maintain WordPress sites for clients who want to stay on it.

    Hosting and support

    Home/Services/Hosting and support

    Hosting and support

The boring part that keeps you open

Most site outages are not dramatic: a full disk, an expired domain, an update gone wrong. This is what good hosting does about them.

    In short

Website hosting and support means the site is served, backed up, watched and fixed by someone responsible for it, so an outage is noticed and solved before customers notice it.

    How it works

How we take a site under our care

    1. 1

      Move or set up hosting

The site moves to our servers behind Cloudflare; the domain, email and certificates are checked.

    2. 2

      Backups from day one

Daily and weekly backups, kept off the server they protect.

    3. 3

      Monitoring

We watch whether the site answers and which errors visitors hit in their browsers.

    4. 4

      Updates and fixes

Changes are tried on a copy first; on XMS a failed check after an update rolls the site back on its own.

What it costs to get wrong

The mistakes we fix most often

    Backups that were never restored

A backup you have never restored is a guess. The day you need it is the wrong day to find out it's empty.

    A full disk

"Error establishing a database connection" on a WordPress site usually means the server disk is full and the database stopped.

    A domain that quietly expires

When the domain lapses, the site and the email stop together. Keep it on auto-renew, in your company's name.

    Spam pages nobody noticed

Infected WordPress sites fill up with hidden pages in other languages; Google sees them before you do.

    Before you start

    What to decide

    • Where backups are stored, how often, and when a restore was last tested
    • Who is alerted when the site goes down, and how fast they act
    • Who owns the domain and the hosting account
    • Who is allowed to change the live site

    Our way

    What we do differently

    • WordPress and XMS sites hosted and looked after by the people who built them
    • Daily and weekly backups, plus version history on XMS sites
    • Infected WordPress sites cleaned, or moved to XMS
    • Transactional email for your domain that reaches the inbox

    Questions

    Short answers

What should a hosting service include?

Backups you can restore, monitoring with someone alerted, updates, a valid certificate, and help when something breaks.

My WordPress site says "Error establishing a database connection". What now?

Most often the server disk is full and the database stopped. Freeing space and restarting the database brings it back; a backup covers the rest.

My site has strange pages in Google that I didn't make. Why?

That is usually an infected site serving spam pages. Clean the site, make those addresses return "gone", and remove junk sitemaps in Search Console.

Do you host WordPress sites too?

    Yes, WordPress and XMS.

    Integrations and automation

    Home/Services/Integrations and automation

    Integrations

Stop typing the same thing twice

Automation pays off where the same data is typed twice, every day. Here is how to find those places and connect them safely.

    In short

An integration moves data from one system to another without anyone retyping it: a paid order becomes a courier request, a fiscal receipt and a message to your team.

    How it works

Five steps to a flow you can trust

    1. 1

      Find the retyping

Where is the same data typed twice? Orders into the register, phone orders into a notebook, prices into two places.

    2. 2

      Pick the trigger

Name the moment that should start the flow: an order is paid, a form is sent, a call ends.

    3. 3

      Map the data

Exactly which fields move where, in which format, and what counts as an error.

    4. 4

      Test with real cases

A real small payment, a refund, a cancellation, a wrong address: the cases that break flows in practice.

    5. 5

      Alert on failure

When a step fails, a person is told at once, so nothing gets lost silently.

    Running today

    Flows we run for clients

    Order → courier

A paid order calls a courier through our delivery hub.

    Order → fiscal receipt

The eHDM receipt is issued from the order, on sale and on return.

    Form → Telegram

Contact forms and payment notices arrive in your Telegram chat.

    Catalogue → spreadsheet

A product spreadsheet that updates itself from the site.

    Phone call → order

Seline answers, takes the order and sends the recording to Telegram.

    About Seline

    Phone order → payment

A ZeroPay link by SMS, paid by card, marked paid on the board.

    About ZeroPay

What it costs to get wrong

The mistakes we fix most often

Automating a process nobody wrote down

If two people do the job two ways, the automation copies one of them and the other's cases break.

    No alert when it fails

A silent failure is worse than no automation: orders stop moving and nobody knows until a customer calls.

    Testing only the happy path

Refunds, cancellations and wrong addresses are where flows break; test them before launch, not after.

Automating something done once a month

Start where the repetition and the cost of a mistake are highest, not where the tool is most impressive.

    Before you start

    What to decide

    • Which job is repeated most often each day
    • What a mistake in it costs: a wrong amount, a lost order, an unhappy customer
    • Who is told when the flow stops
    • Which system is the source of truth for prices and stock

    Our way

    What we do differently

    • Flows we run for clients today, not demos
    • Built into the same platform as the site, so there is no extra tool to pay for and break
    • Refunds, cancellations and failures tested before launch

    Questions

    Short answers

    What is worth automating first?

The job repeated most often where a mistake costs money: usually retyping orders, issuing receipts, or taking phone orders.

Can orders from the site go straight to a courier?

Yes. On our restaurant ordering platform a paid order calls a courier through our delivery hub.

Can fiscal receipts be issued without typing them in?

Yes. Once eHDM is set up for your tax number, receipts are issued from the order.

Found on Google and in AI assistants

    Home/Services/Search and AI visibility

    Search and AI visibility

Be found without paying per click

This page is about being found in search and in AI answers. It's a checklist you can run on any site, including yours today.

    In short

Search visibility is whether Google and AI assistants can read your pages, understand which language and business they belong to, and find a clear answer worth showing.

    How it works

Six steps we run on every site

    1. 1

      Check what Google sees

Every page's title, description, canonical and language tags, in the HTML the server actually sends.

    2. 2

      Fix the basics

One canonical per page, Armenian and English versions linked to each other, unique titles, one H1, images with text.

    3. 3

      Describe the business

Structured data for your business, services, menu and FAQ, so the facts are the same everywhere.

    4. 4

      Clean Search Console

Remove junk sitemaps and spam addresses left by old or infected sites; submit the real sitemap.

    5. 5

Open the door to AI assistants

Finished HTML, an llms.txt list of pages, and pages that answer real questions in short, direct sentences.

    6. 6

      Announce changes

Search engines are told the moment a page changes (IndexNow), instead of waiting to be crawled.

What it costs to get wrong

The mistakes we fix most often

    Two canonicals on one page

Google gets two answers to "which page is the real one" and may pick the wrong language or the home page.

    Armenian pages with English titles

The Armenian page competes in Armenian searches with an English title, and loses.

    Machine-translated pages left unchecked

Readers notice in one sentence; a draft is fine as a start, never as the published page.

A page that never answers the question

AI assistants and search snippets quote short, direct answers. A page of slogans gives them nothing to quote.

    Before you start

    What to decide

    • The questions your customers actually ask, in their words
    • Which languages each page must rank in
    • Who has access to Google Search Console
    • One version of your business facts: name, address, phone, hours

    Our way

    What we do differently

    • Built into every XMS site, not bolted on afterwards
    • Every page checked in the HTML the server sends, in every language
    • Pages written to answer questions, with FAQ on every service page
    • No paid links and no auto-generated pages

    Questions

    Short answers

What is SEO, in one sentence?

Making each page easy for search engines to read and worth showing for the questions people actually type.

    What is AI search visibility?

Whether assistants like ChatGPT can read your pages and find short, direct answers to quote, with your business facts consistent everywhere.

    What is llms.txt?

A plain-text file at the root of your site that lists your pages with one-line descriptions, so AI assistants can find them.

Do I need separate pages for Armenian and English?

Yes, each with its own title and description, linked to each other with language tags, so each ranks in its own language.

How do I see whether it works?

Google Search Console shows the searches you appear for and the clicks; your site statistics show visits that come from AI assistants.

    Digital marketing

    Home/Services/Digital marketing

    Ads and leads

Ads that end in a customer, counted

Paid ads only pay off when every step after the click is built and measured. This is how we set up that path.

    In short

Digital marketing, the way we run it, is paid ads that send people to a landing page built for one action, with every lead captured, followed up and counted, so you know what each customer cost.

    How it works

Seven steps from ad to customer

    1. 1

      One offer, one action

Pick what you are selling in this campaign and the one thing a visitor should do: call, book, or leave their number.

    2. 2

      A landing page for it

One fast page per offer, in the visitor's language, with the form or the call button above the fold. Not the home page.

    3. 3

      Tracking before spending

The ad platform's pixel and a conversion event on the form, checked with a test lead, so the ads learn from real leads, not clicks.

    4. 4

      Ads on Meta and Google

Start with a small test budget and two or three messages; keep the ones that bring leads, stop the rest.

    5. 5

      Every lead in one list

Leads land in one list with their source and status, and your team gets a Telegram message for each one.

    6. 6

      Fast follow-up

Someone calls or writes back while the person still remembers filling the form. Speed matters more than the script.

    7. 7

      Numbers every week

Spend, leads, cost per lead and cost per customer. Budget moves to what brings customers, not likes.

What it costs to get wrong

The mistakes we fix most often

Ads that land on the home page

The visitor came for one offer and gets a menu of everything. Most leave without doing anything.

    No conversion tracking

Without it the platform optimises for clicks, and you pay for people who never become leads.

    Leads lost in messages

Leads in personal chats and notebooks get forgotten, and nobody can say which ad brought them.

    Judging by clicks and likes

Cheap clicks can be the most expensive customers. Count what a customer cost, not what a click cost.

    Before you start

    What to decide

    • What counts as a lead: a call, a booking or a form
    • A test budget you are ready to spend before scaling
    • Who calls the leads back, and how fast
    • What a new customer is worth to you
    • Which areas and languages you sell in

    Our way

    What we do differently

    • Landing pages built on XMS: fast, in Armenian, English or Russian
    • Tracking checked with a test lead before the first ad runs
    • Every lead in one list with its source, plus a Telegram alert
    • Weekly numbers in money, not likes
    • We run this today for a restaurant group in Los Angeles

    Questions

    Short answers

    What is a lead funnel?

The path from an ad to a customer: the ad, a landing page with one action, the lead in a list, a quick follow-up, and the sale, each step counted.

    Meta or Google ads?

Google reaches people already searching for what you sell; Meta reaches people who aren't searching yet. Most start with one, chosen by whether people search for your product.

Why a landing page and not my home page?

Because the ad promised one thing. A page about that one thing, with one button, turns more visitors into leads than a page about everything.

How much should I spend at first?

Enough to test two or three messages for a couple of weeks. We agree the test budget with you before anything is scaled.

    Do you also do SEO?

    App development (new)

An app when it earns its place, a website when it doesn't

App development is a new service for us. Here is how we decide whether you need an app, and how we build one when you do.

    In short

A business app is worth building when customers use you every week and need something faster than a browser; it should share one backend with your website so products, prices and orders never disagree.

    How it works

Six steps from the idea to the store

    1. 1

Check that an app is worth it

An app pays off when customers use you every week. If they come a few times a year, a fast mobile site does the job.

    2. 2

      One job for version one

Order again, book, track, pay: the one thing users will open the app for. Everything else waits for version two.

    3. 3

      Screens on real data

Designs use your real products, prices and texts, so nothing breaks when real data goes in.

    4. 4

      Build on your site's backend

The app uses the same XMS backend as your website: one set of products, prices, orders and customer accounts.

    5. 5

      Store review

The app is submitted to the App Store and Google Play under developer accounts in your company's name.

    6. 6

      Launch and keep it updated

Phones get new system versions every year; the app needs updates to keep working, and we plan for them.

What it costs to get wrong

The mistakes we fix most often

    An app nobody opens twice

Most installed apps are opened once. Without a job customers repeat, the app becomes a cost with no return.

Store accounts in someone else's name

If the developer owns the store account, you can't update or move your own app without them.

App and site out of sync

Two backends mean two price lists and two sets of orders, and customers see different things in each.

    No plan for updates

A new phone system version can break an app nobody maintains, and the stores remove apps that stop working.

    Before you start

    What to decide

    • What customers will do in the app every week
    • iPhone, Android or both
    • Developer accounts in your company's name
    • How customers sign in, and what notifications they get
    • Who answers app reviews and support messages

    Our way

    What we do differently

    • We tell you when a fast website does the job better than an app
    • The app and your website share one backend
    • Store accounts in your company's name from day one
    • A new service for us: we start with one job done well

    Questions

    Short answers

Do I need an app or a website?

A website first, almost always. An app is worth it when customers use you every week and need something faster than a browser: re-ordering, booking, tracking.

iPhone and Android, or just one?

Usually both, since your customers use both. If most of them use one, start there.

Who owns the app in the stores?

You do. It is published under developer accounts in your company's name.

Do I need an app update to change prices or texts?

No. The app reads products, prices and texts from the same backend as your website, so admin changes show up without a store update.

Can customers pay in the app?

For physical goods and services, yes: through your bank's online payment, the same way as on your website.

    Questions

    Short answers

Do you work with clients outside Armenia?

Yes. Our team is in Yerevan and we work with clients in Armenia, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, the US and the UAE, remotely: calls in a slot that overlaps your working day and written updates on every request. A few things are Armenia-only because they connect to Armenian banks, tax receipts or phone numbers: vPOS card payments, eHDM receipts, restaurant ordering, ZeroPay and Seline.

Do I need a website or an online shop?

If customers should pay on the site, a shop. If they call, visit or send an enquiry, a website. Selling a few items by message? ZeroPay links may be enough.

Do I need a mobile app?

Usually not. A fast site that works well on phones covers most local businesses; an app pays off only when customers use it every week.

Can I start small and add later?

Yes. Everything we build runs on XMS, so a shop, ordering or payment links can be added to an existing site.

A small team that builds and runs software

    Home/About us

    About us

We build software, then keep it running

ZeroMaze is a small team in Yerevan, working with clients in Armenia, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, the US and the UAE. We started as a web studio; today most of our work continues after launch: the sites, shops and ordering systems we built are hosted and looked after by us, on our own platform.

    In short

ZeroMaze builds and runs the online side of businesses in Armenia and abroad: websites, online shops and restaurant ordering on our own platform, with payments, delivery, receipts and search visibility built in.

    What we run

    Our own products

    XMS

The platform every site, shop and ordering system we build runs on. We wrote it, so we fix it.

    Restaurant ordering

Ordering sites for restaurants in Armenia, with card payment, courier dispatch and receipts.

    Seline

An AI phone operator for businesses in Armenia that answers in Armenian and takes orders and bookings.

    ZeroPay

Payment links by SMS for businesses in Armenia, paid by card straight to the business's bank.

    How we work

    Four rules we keep

    01

    One owner per request

Every request becomes a task with one owner and a status you can see.

    02

    Tested on a copy

Nothing changes on a live site before it worked on a copy.

    03

Every change can be rolled back

Version history and backups on every site we host.

    04

    Numbers with dates

When we quote a result, it was measured on the live site, and we say when.

    Where we work

    From Yerevan, for clients abroad

Our team is in Yerevan (UTC+4). We work with clients in Armenia, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, the US and the UAE, remotely.

    • Calls booked in a slot that overlaps your working day
    • Written updates on every request, so nothing waits for a call
    • We work in English, Armenian and Russian
    • Hosting, backups and support run the same wherever you are

    Choosing

    Websites

    Online shops and payments

    Moving off WordPress

    Integrations

    What is worth automating first?

The job repeated most often where a mistake costs money: usually retyping orders, issuing receipts, or taking phone orders.

Can orders from the site go straight to a courier?

Yes. On our restaurant ordering platform a paid order calls a courier through our delivery hub.

Can fiscal receipts be issued without typing them in?

Yes. Once eHDM is set up for your tax number, receipts are issued from the order.

    Search and AI assistants

    Restaurant ordering

    Digital marketing

Yes. Search and AI visibility is a separate service: being found without paying per click.

    App development

    XMS and working with us
